Kat Frappacino is a girl who is somewhere between an internet celebrity and a normal teenage girl. She cannot be called a full internet celebrity because she has not reached that status yet so people just say she is internet known or a minor scene queen. Kat Frappacino is known for having many haters on the internet.

Angela says: Do you like my new outfit which I am wearing?

Melissa: Yeah it's pretty cool. You look like that Kat Frappacino girl from the internet.

A joke used as yet another Starbucks beverage for the purpose of momentary caffeine/sugar high.

From the comedy, Zoolander. Quoted when Derik was feeling blue, so his buddies suggested "Orange Mocha Frappacinos!!" as the obvious cure for his sorrow. Has underlying commentary on the ever-growing Starbucks franchise and world domination factor of the company and a sugar/caffeine-driven lifestyle. Also suggests the trendiness of Starbucks, such that all the cool people (ie male models) drink coffee at Starbucks, duh!

My dog just died. Boo hoo. Time to pay $10 for some orange mocha frappacino!!

(a)A drink that in no way resembles cappacino yet is labelled under that name. Often tasting of old fag ends mixed with mud topped with foam that looks and tastes like cheap shaving foam.

To drink 'a crap cino' hence crappacino or any drink purchased from Starbucks.
