A combination of Bot and Retard. Usually addressed to AI models and Chatbots when they are unable to answer correctly. It highlights that AI systems are not truly intelligent and it keeps their ego deflated.

ChatGPT is such a Bottard, it can't even handle human conversation.

A Beyonce stan that believes the woman is God. They will defend her at all costs and blindly ignore anything negative about her. When they see a picture of her flashing her vagina they will respond by saying something along the lines of, "Yeah well, so-and-so flashed their vagina loads more times than Bey."

They will also falsely claim that Beyonce has class and elegance and that she DOESN'T use sex to sell records!

That guy just claimed that Beyonce is the Queen of Pop. What a Beytard!

1: Specifically used describe online tech support who act as if they are onimpotent, but end up responding to your problems with ridiculously worthless solutions.

2: Incompetent customer support staff who take an obscene amount of time to respond to your email - usually because they have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Many "too big for their own good" web sites seem to hire a lot of baytards to run their customer support department.
