basically the same as buffting. refers to someone who you think is hot.

In a bar, see someone hot:

a piece of leafy vegetable from a previous meal, usually lettuce, dislodged when brushing one's teeth

and there in the sink surrounded by tooth paste foam, sat a wad of tooth bruffage from last night's caesar salad
