UK slang.

A polite alternative to "bloody" and "bleedin'". Akin to "bloomin'" when used in conversation.

"Why are Eddie Murphy's newer movies all so blimmin' awful?"

Tends to be hash, not so much skunk or bush, that generate the most blimmers. They cause the greatest damage to synthetic fabrics.

basically any deal where there is asymmetric information where the consumer is worse off is an example of a consumer getting “blimmed up”

this can be in any situation not just ketamine also.

A lazer with Jimmy parts (Better (supposedly) because they are from the more expensive GMC Jimmy). As defined by Mac Lethal in his song '87 Blimmy.

Used to describe something appearing to be better than it really is.

That bro truck is a blimmy, it looked like it'd be awesome off road but it was the first thing to get stuck in the sand.
