A station dedicated for black artists, they also play white artists but it's mostly focused around a specific music type. Which mostly African American artist do.

This means that when you start a conversation with someone, they don’t know when to shut up, and keep going on and on.

You switch on a radio, and it keeps broadcasting until you turn it off.

Guy 1: Man, that brother of yours just doesn’t know when to shut up!

Guy 2: Yeah, I know. He’s like a talk back radio.

A black man who most likely bathed in radioactive waste. Featured on the episode of Aqua Teen Hunger Force, 'Shake Like Me', where Shake is bitten by a radioactive black men and turns into a sand nigger.

Person 1: Why do you suddenly like Kanye?

Person 2: I must've been bitten by a radioactive black man.

Block 11 Radio 

An internet radio station out of Ontario, Canada, owned and operated by xFetusx, that plays a mix of genres such as industrial, experimental, electronic, punk, metal, aggro, hardcore, grindcore, ebm, etc. This is not your sister's top 40. Apart from the station website, you can find Block 11 on Myspace, Twitter, BlogTV, and Stickam. The station website includes links to these other pages, as well as a multicam chat room.

Apart from a mix of different big name and underground musicians and bands, the station also accepts user submitted music.

"Yeah, Fetus is playing my tunes now on Block 11 Radio."
