You can say about some situations, objects (rarely used to describe persons) that they are bijba when you don't find another appropriate word to qualify them.
There is a good bijba and a bad bijba, like the Force, it depends how do you use it.

a) The police stopped me yesterday when I was driving. It was bijba.
b) I bought a new device for my Wii console. It's bijba.

“but bigbang” is a phrase that many kpop communities on twitter use when their faves have done something problematic. instead of holding their faves accountable they try to justify it and redirect it towards bigbang for no reason. The same communities are also rumored to not know how to read properly.
