A term used to describe Bethesda Softwork's Gamebryo video game engine's inability to render character faces in a believable or attractive manner. Games affected are the Morrow wind series and Fallout series.
example:

These are clumps of rich, pre-pubescent, snobby kids who can be found on Fri. and Saturday nights hanging-out directly outside of the UA movie theater. A Video game Developer/Publisher. Responsible for Many truly epic games, which also have truly epic bugs. Lists of bugs for their games are dozens of pages long, and their patches often leave the games worse off than before. Currently the Reigning king of the unpolished game.
