When diarrhea is evacuated from ones anus while they are vommiting. Barfarrhea is caused because when a person wretches they involuntarily squeeze their bowel muscles used to clear the colon as hard as they can.

Barfarrhea is likely to occur when one suffers from food poisening.

I was barfing into the toilet and a puddle of diarrhea was under me when I finished.

I was going diarrhea and I had to vommit on top of my feet.

the winding walk you take while searching for bars. usually conducted while holding your phone slightly above you face with your eyes on the screen, other styles include moving the phone vertically and horizontally. sometimes causes injury,like falling down open man-holes, because of the pure state on concentration on the phone.

You have the flu and you try to have some nice boyardee but you throw up everywhere and need to lie down again.
