How to define the problems you deal with in your mind, whether you have psycotic problems or just personality issues, from years of psychological trauma or just pervasive issues you continually are trying to deal with that are related to your coping mechanisms. How you present your issues to another person, extremely interesting to the therapist segment.

A person or thing that is not just just crazy, but crazy to the point someone would roll their shit into little balls (a sign of deep mental illness).
