A mash up of the words "autistic" and "orgasmic" often used to explain when something is so visually pleasing it leaves you dumbfounded and feeling better than when you orgasm.

Also used when something looks really dumb, but has an appealing aesthetic to a specific crowd.

It's when our enhanced honesty gets rewarded.

It's when our speciality brings a great joy that not many at all can understand.
