Ascorbic Titillunda

A tingling or chilling sensation that occurs during urination after consuming a high dose of vitamin C (typically 4,000-8,000 mg or more). The effect, described as a gentle "flush wave," is considered by some to be a sign of tissue saturation and antioxidant processing. Coined by Bobby Dean Gray in 2025.
