.2) One who irrationally defends the inept and fascist program known as Steam. .3) An apologist for control-freak behavior demonstrated by software developers under the ruse of providing better service...which, in fact, is never provided at all. e.g. - A Valve codemonkey gets drunk and runs down a young mother pushing her newborn twins in a baby carriage...killing them all. An "arrowslinger" would define this as an act of self defense or, at worst, a mercy killing.
