(Noun) A species of poultry descending from ancient Arabia. This particular fowl has the tendency to gasp for air in a loud, sob-like manner, which is actually its laugh. Though this chicken looks like many of its varieties within the same genus, it has two major differences. The Arabesque Chicken can grow the equivalent of a beard at a very young age. It also can dance in an unusual way, crossing ballet stylings with chicken-dance techniques. In recent times, it has been facing extinction because of how few exist.

*Arabesque Chicken starts dancing. Teacher joins in. Party ensues.*

A sprawling, eccentric bird native to the woodland and marsh of central New Jersey. It boast an incredibly high-pitched cry, which often serves as the first warning of sweets in the area. The males have a thick, dark plumage, and their mating dance involves hopping on one leg while flapping their wings. The mating call bears an uncanny resemblance to the popular tune, "I don't want to be a chicken", which researchers worldwide agree to be an ironic bit of evolution. As of late, loss of the Arabesque Chicken's natural habitat has caused some of them to migrate into the educational system, terrorizing the community.
The Arabesque Chicken boldly squawked its arrival, while the other woodland creatures reluctantly acknowledged its presence.

The arabesque chicken can be found in the wilds of Lincroft, New Jersey and has often been known to begin dancing when startled. Although quite large for a chicken it is quite graceful in its mannerisms. Prone to asking questions of strangers the arabesque chicken has been known to have fur on its face which some scientists speculate is a beard. Other scientist believe this is a parasitic fungal infection which has beard like qualities. Although the arabesque chicken is a rare creature it is well liked by others and is one of the nicer species of chicken. The arabesque chicken is a stealth predator it sneaks up behind its prey and hugs it until the creature is unable to resist any longer.
The arabesque chicken was spotted near the back door of my house the other day. I could tell it was startled because it began dancing around and asking what if, why, and what about this. Then it began its sneak attack on my friend who was caught in its grip unawares. My friend is still in the hospital he is lucky to have survived.
