anti-help 

noun: a person whose deeds or actions to contribute to a scenario are less effective and counter productive to the goal of the outcome.

verb: The objective is further behind the goal because of the intervention of "assistance".

Every time he cleans, the house is messier that when we started. I don't need this anti-help making more work for me. Ugh.
