Anderhall 

When used to describe a male: An emasculated man. Typically his significant other will wear the pants and he will have no input or opinion into his own life.

When used to describe a female: an overbearing woman, typically has a narcissistic personality and knows all. The female anderhall will typically keep her significant others genitalia in a jar somewhere for safekeeping and to ensure she wears the pants.

That woman is such an anderhall, she wears the pants in that relationship.
