Used when one wants to merge the word 'hey' and someones name together. Generally used when one is in a rush or used towards someone in an informal situation. Used ONLY for names ending in 'l' or names with the second last letter being 'l' e.g. Micheal, Emily, Elle

Otherwise used to 'ghetto' up middle class names such as 'Annabel' or 'Micheal'
