when a person has rather large heels on their shoes, commonly made from foam. On rare occasions it can be made from plastic covered in leather.

sometimes sponge Bob type people think alot
sponge Bobs are conscious individuals who like living carelessly and adventurous in a childlike manner
(hence they speak the truth to not have to go back to a lie and have fun but not to much of it)
most sponge bobs are funny to others in a cute or good way (but they don't really realize it.) (as they mature they understand their humour)
