When a website or forum obsessess over one person to the point of being borderline creepy and almost psychotic, going to such lengths as screencapping everything that person does if it doesn't involve them, posting overly long forum threads about said user, trying to coax said user into joining the website or forum they're apart of and just going out of their way to make sure said person is associated with said site or forum forever.
