Yaktavism 

A political ideology originating from the notion of the necessity of living in protective bubbles. The Yak is the name of the position of the supreme leader (similar to a monarch). The purpose of this ideology is to keep individuals safe in a dangerous society.

1. Someone who is all talk and no action. (Comes from "yakking" and "activist," and the expression "All yak and no sack"); The opposite of a pragmatist.

2. Someone with a penchant for conjuring false hopes.
