Yaktavism 

A political ideology originating from the notion of the necessity of living in protective bubbles. The Yak is the name of the position of the supreme leader (similar to a monarch). The purpose of this ideology is to keep individuals safe in a dangerous society.

"Oh my Locke! Yaktavism is so awesome! Every bubble has a french vanilla machine!"

Yaktivist

1. Someone who is all talk and no action. (Comes from "yakking" and "activist," and the expression "All yak and no sack"); The opposite of a pragmatist.

2. Someone with a penchant for conjuring false hopes.

3. An expert at bluffing.

The moment when, at a large gathering of yaks (that is, ditzy females), their over-excitement about being with each other & doing yakkish things reaches fever pitch.

Yadavism

workplace behavior where employees create a facade of productivity to appear more committed, often by staying later or acting busier than their peers.

Tom was rewarded an annual bonus due to yadavism.
