Another term for smoking the hookah. Turk is used because of the hookah's popularity throughout Arab countries especially Turkey.

Working the Turk is so much better than smoking a joint.

A light hearted way to say masturbation - Can be used to infer someone is masturbating when they leave for an unexplained absence.

I didn't pickup at the bar so I had to work the turk instead. Person 1: Where did he go?
Person 2: Probably working the turk.
