a cool variation of the word:wicked, which noone uses anymore, wickard is much more up to date and can be used to describe something as being cool/amazing or can be used as an exclamation or greeting.

noun- something that is of a relation to pickard, one who is offensive(see pickard). adj- meaning overly disturbing or bad, like pickard.
