A type of whataboutism that challenges the target to wonder if they apply their views, perspectives, etc. in different scenarios the exact same way. It is generally used in fallacies such as Black and White, Appeal to Popularity, Appeal to Tradition, Appeal to Authority. It is mostly used in matters that involve human interaction.

"You can't talk to your mother like that?! What if that was your girlfriend or wife?!"
"Your Whatifthatwasism disregards the fact that we always treat people with different positions, for example: In matters of authority, I treat a cop different than I treat a random stranger because of different authorities."
