A powerhungry 40 year old man who roams around, ruining others' great times with constant barrages of idiocy. With multiple personalities, all douchebags, he "gangs up" on people who are having fun to "cleanse" a place. This Wanz4 cleansing usually means that nothing is ever accomplished and noone is happy.
