An emo who is either too poor, lazy, or doesnt live close enough to an actual store with stuff that they like. Applies to s scene kids too. Usually posers.

Hazel: Wow, Jen is such a Walmart Emo. She wears those Miley Cyrus skinny pants and thinks they work.

The deep feeling of hopelessness and despair you get when you get hired to work at Wal-mart.

-"hey man, I've noticed you've really been depressed recently, has your mom finally kicked the bucket from that cancer?"
