Vichycrat

Member of the Democratic Party in the United States who, out of cowardice or unprincipled self-interest, collaborates with (rather than opposes) the fascist and anti-Constitutional policies of the Republican Party, or of neo-conservatives more generally. Derived from the Vichy French who collaborated with the Nazis during World War II.

The Vichycrats in Congress voted in favor of telecom immunity and continued warrantless wiretapping by the Bush administration.

1.Someone who believes every negative situation in their life is brought on because of their race.

1a. Someone who utilizes "the race card" as grounds for argument/defense/offense in any situation applicable.

"He is a Victicrat, every time I ask him to do something he accuses me of being racist."

"They complained about the outcome of the tournament because the winner was black."

Victicrat 

somebody that believes themself to be a victim in every situation such that they just stop trying.

that person won't stop wasting their life with drugs and won't get a job because that person is just a registered Victicrat.
