Most likely always having a surfboard strapped to the top of his car with Sex Wax in his glove box and under his nails. Most easily spotted in a crowd when you see his shaggy dirty blonde hair and this lack of up keep and shoes. A Valley Boy Says - “Dude look at that totally tubular wave that those beach babes are going to get trashed by!”

Example - That Paul Edwards is a right Choco Valley Boy, he never leaves Aberdare and always wears tops sized medium boys to show off his roided guns!
