Vagtight 

A guy who is so uptight it's like his penis crawled into his body and became a tight vagina. This person is generally a fun-ruiner and obsessive rule follower and gets off on making others' lives miserable for no good reason.

I can't believe that bouncer last night. Did you see his matching bow-tie and vest? He asked me to leave because I was wearing a hat. Stupid vagtight.
