A Victorpoprocks is a forum mod who sets an example for all other forum mods to follow. Members commonly refer to him as the GOAT mod due to his level headed approach and fairness in moderating the forum. This mod has never and will never use his mod powers to unfairly tip the scales in his favor when having a battle of wits with regular members of the forum. He truly is incorruptible.
