Utrox means something putrid, this is Sydney slang mostly used in the Cecil Hils area.

Utrox can also be used as "Uch"

"This guy is full uch, like actual utrox"

Uromysitisis 

A potentially deadly condition resulting from holding in one's urine for a prolonged period of time. The condition can result in acute poisoning when one is restricted by the arbitrary rules of society. Common treatments for uromysitisis include the "pee party".

Uromastyx 

A species of lizard belonging to the agamidae family. They live in northern Africa, generally the western side. In captivity, these animals are mainly vegetarians. In the wild they are more likely to have a 50/50 diet consisting of insects/plants. Uromastyx is pronounced your-oh-mass-ticks.

My nephew and I recently went out and caught a Uromastyx in Niger.
