It is when you profoundly understand something.

To undersee something is to get out of that fugue state-of-mind and simply see something for what it is instead of, the inferior, understanding what's going on.

a condition in which the front tires of car lose traction while cornering, causing the vehicle to turn less than desired

basically, your car will go straight instead of turning

the risk of understeer can be decreased by

a) lowering corner entry speed
b) turning less/turning more smoothly
c) trail braking

Undersexed 

An adult who has not had enough sex, commensurate with his/her age.
Undersexed individuals find themselves in a vicious circle. Because they lack the sexual experience, they are not confident about sex and hence they rarely get any.

Many serial killers were undersexed. Harvard students are undersexed. Hence, Harvard students are serial killers

Loose change and other items often found under or between furniture cushions (especially couches), automobile seats, and other such places where stuff falls out of your pockets and you usually can't find it without crawling on your hands and knees.

Origin: This is a common enough phenomenon that I decided there needed to be a term for it. It is a play on words from the phrase "undersea treasure".

College dude 1: “Man, I need a Mountain Dew for tonight’s cram session, but I spent my last quarters on the laundry machines…”

College dude 2: “Look around the dorm lounge, dude. There’s bound to be at least 50 cents in underseat treasure there…”

College dude 1: “Thanks, bro; I never thought of that!”

College dude 2: “That’s ‘cause you’re a pothead. Anyway, try to steer clear of the used condoms.”

underspeed 

To drive over the speed limit, but still more slowly than everyone else on the road.

Underspeed. Conjugate like any other verb. Jeff undersped the whole time we were in Israel, going 80 kph when the posted limit was 60 kph. Krishnan and I mocked him severely when even a bus passed us at about 100 kph.

Underweed 

When you and your friends are passing around a bong, and Y'all smoke the top layer of the weed. The Underweed is all the smokable weed under the burnt top layer in the bowl.

Don't forget to smoke the underweed at the bottom of the bowl!
