A twiv is a slang word that's a mix of a twat and a div put together. Originated in Enfield, North London, England in 2009, first used by a local called Barbara AKA Solidus.

Twat - An offensive UK slang word for a person who is annoying/dumb/rude/and just generally gets on your tits!
