One's level of aptitude, in the understanding and use of the social micro-blogging site, Twitter. Those completely baffled by this medium of communciation can be said to be low in the level twitteracy.

I'm sorry son, you'll have to explain what this "tweet" business entails, i'm afraid my twitteracy is not as proficient as yours.

Person B -- Yeah, he's such a #twitterast
