A phrase used on twitter when you are tweeting to get something off of your chest or to have a good old moan. This can be added as a hash tag at the end of tweet to let your followers know that you are TwitVent-ing

One found to be continually guilty of using Twitter (The worst thing to happen to the internet since reverse time-travelling cyber-cancer) as a means to drum up a continual interest in their dull, banal private life

The act or action of constantly taking inventory or checking to make sure your twins (balls) are still there.
