Used to describe your amazing time or high you're having (or had) while indulging in your upper of choice. Or you could use it to describe how great you think your upper of choice is.

McDonalds coffee is good, but Dunkin' Donuts coffee is tweakerrific! i swear to god they put cocaine and/or meth in it!

When one turn a perfect object,and rewired or customize it to fix the not broke object ..but in the end the object does work better and usually generates a new TWEEKERRIFIC ability..
When someone is so high on meth and can't help but feel so happy and in a tweekerrific mood.

He really fixed that radio,I can't believe it actually blow dries my hair now,that's just TWEEKERRIFIC.

That meth makes me feel TWEEKERRIFIC!

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".

A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.

I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.
