"Troglodickery" - The practice, by People of a Certain Age, of proudly wielding the willful ignorance of and refusal to remain abreast of technology as some sort of Badge of Justified Incompetence...until their technology no longer supports them. Then, BLAMING THE TECHNOLOGY and coming to those who've remained Current, demanding immediate resolution of the preventable problems they have effectively invited into their lives.
