Super chill (comes for the spanish short for tranquilo meaning chill or relax ). Usually referring to someone or something that is inordinately mellow or stoned.

When a trans person who is on HRT (hormone replacement therapy) celebrates their anniversary, similar to an alternative birthday, commemorating the first time they began physical transition processes.

Tranq Dope

Tranq Dope is fentanyl / "dope" that has been cut with tranquilizers in order to increase potency. Typically tranq dope contains the sedatives xylazine or clonodine, in addition to fentanyl and other additives.

Tranq dope is highly dangerous and harms heroin / fent users more than fentanyl by itself. Tranq dope is becoming increasingly common, and along with fentanyl is causing an alarming increase in drug overdoses. Tranq dope can be found in most major citites and may be sold as regular heroin to unsuspecting users.

An excellent melodic death metal band hailing from Götenburg, Sweden. Along with At the Gates and In Flames, helped define what would become called "The Götenburg Sound," which was then copied by many crappy American bands.
