It is a word that replaces any adj out there, the meaning of the word is discribed by the expression on your face or the body language you use. It is a word that you would use to discribe something that you are saying in a positive matter.

Steve: Yeah bro its trampalating!

Bob: Rob did you see that movie Hangover that shit was funny as hell.
