Topol-M 

Currently the most advanced ICBM in the world. Deployed by Russia, this missile is immune to any ABM system in existance today. Carriying up to 3 nuclear warheads it can hit a quarter from over 11,000km with 97% accuracy and a 50-100m error margin.

when someone does something that could cause them to be classified as a tool. This could mean doing something just because it's 'cool' and/or because someone told them to and/or because that's what everyone else is doing.

tool monster 

A person who is trying so hard to fit it, it gets to the point of Frankenstein proportions, and people are almost afraid of how out of control they are and how hard they are trying. They are so ridiculous its monstorous. Its beyond the regular tool, as it goes above and beyond the normal call. You almost feel sorry for them.

Jake needs to stop trying so hard. He doesnt even like Pabst. Hes going to become a tool monster at this rate.
