A lengthier slang word for being tipsy. Originated from having a few too many beers at a tennis match. The slang is also the last name of Serbian player Janko Tipsarevic

Lionel: Hey man how you feeling, I'm feeling really drunk.
Dominic: I'm just tipsarevic right now man, only a beer or two but Im feeling pretty nice
