An average looking guy gets a bunch of tattoos, usually making him appear 10x hotter. This usually comes along with a new overtly confident/big headed attitude.

Combine the tattoos and the new attitude and what do u get........a tattitude

He’s average looking at best, just because he’s got a body full of tattoos hes got an attitude......
