when someone has farted so loud it can be considered a self-shitting fart but worse. A tarnatoquass can be heard from across the classroom, gym, small cities sometimes lose power when two or more tarnatoquasses occur at once. The person who makes the tarnatoquass(also known as the tarnatoquasser) usally can not sit for several months and has been reported to experience headaches from the aftershock.
