When you make someone flinch, and consequently give them two punches in his/her arm. You must then wipe them off, by swiping your hand against that same arm twice.
Person 1: "Hey"
Person 2 makes a quick movement towards Person 1's genitals
Person 1 flinches
Person 2: "You flinched. I'll take my two."
Person 2 makes a quick movement towards Person 1's genitals
Person 1 flinches
Person 2: "You flinched. I'll take my two."
