Acronym for "Thank God it's Thursday". Used to express the joy one feels in knowing that the work week has officially ended and that they have two days off with which to enjoy.

A middle-eastern version of TGIF.

Acronym for "Thank God it's Today". Expresses one's feeling's in many ways, thankful for life or being alive, relief/excitement that an awaited day has arrived, or a situation that would be less desirable if it happened on another day.
