Test-Driven Hyperactivity Disorder. A developer's inability to concentrate on the needed design (e.g., for a web application) because s/he's frantically hopping back and forth between testing and coding a minimal example. Often seen in Test-Driven Design and Behavior-Driven Design exercises.
