"tbqf" is an alternative to the famed "tbh" (to be honest) and its even more famous derivative "tbqh" (to be quite honest). It means "to be quite frank," which can be pronounced in the conventional sense or by substituting "frank" with "frahnk," pronounced in a French accent like the Swiss currency (franc).
Tbqf, everyone says tbh these days and frankly, tbqf is better.
