A sweppa is someone who does not know what a sweppa is.

Guy- "Look at all these sweppas around here!"
Girl- "What is a sweppa?"
Guy- "YOU!!"
Girl- "How am i a sweppa?"
Guy- "Because you dont know what a sweppa is."
