A girl age 16-19 who usually has long blonde or brown hair which she frequently colores, is tan, wears huge sunglasses and has 20+ pairs of them, while driving her convertible car like a dumb shit, wears a lot of makeup and tight short denim shorts with little tanktops with her bikini underneath and of course flip flops in the summer, and acts like a Paris Hilton wannabe.
