To act in a disgusting, unsanitary, lewd, and niggardly manner by doing things like spitting dip all over the dishes in the sink, wearing shorts and undershirts for five days straight to the point where you see black and brown skidmarks, whacking off on the livingroom sofa on to the cushions and blankets, bringing monkeys and other undesirable people into your dorm/apartment, and making messes and not cleaning up for weeks to the point where rodents,pests, and critters start infesting the place, etc.
