When somebody spooges in an ice-tray and serves them up like popsicles.

John: So... does anybody want a popsicle?
Dave: Yeah.
Matt: Yeah.
Josh: Sure.

A few minutes after serving, John says: So how was the spoogicals?
All: WHAT?!?!
John: That was my spooge! How did it taste?
All: That's DISGUSTING!!!

A Very long snooted dog, or if you call someone Snootical that means they look like a weiner dog. Threat? maybe. depends on context.
