A spouse who cannot do a thing without checking with the other half first. Usually, a husband who has been de-nutted, and is beaten down.

JPL: Hey LL, do you want to come over to watch the big game today.

LL: Not sure, have to check with the wife.

JPL: Your such a spousemouse ... regain your manhood, damn it.

LL: OK, maybe I'll check with her after I get done with the laundry.

Spousemouse 

A pretty girl who is always there to assist you when you need her, even when things goes south. She can be a bit protective and can easily be pissed off, but a bit of attention usually makes the second go away. You can't be a spousemouse to more than one person at a time, and the person is usually, but doesn't have to be, a romantic partner. In the end a true spousemouse will be ready to take a bullet from you without hesitation.

Dude 1: "Are you still with Victoria?"
Boyfriend: *Smiling* " Yeah I love Victoria. She's always there for me, even when I screw up. She's the sweetest and the best"
Girlfriend (Victoria): *spousemouse*

Example 3 *In League of Legends*
Person 1: "I can't kill their ADC!"
